Terms & Conditions of Enrollment

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before completing your enrollment in the Revive & Thrive course (the “Course”), offered by Andrea DaSilva ("Provider," "We," "Us," "Company"). By purchasing the Course, you (the “Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not proceed with your purchase.

By completing your purchase and checking the box to agree to these terms, you acknowledge this serves as your legally binding digital signature and acceptance of this Agreement.

Section 1: Payment, Refunds & Access

1. Payment Terms:

   • You agree to pay the full purchase price as indicated at checkout. If selecting a payment plan, you agree to timely payments on the schedule specified at checkout.
   • Payments are non-refundable after the initial two (2) calendar days following your purchase, unless otherwise stated in the refund policy below.

2. Recurring Payments & Billing Authorization (If on a Payment Plan):

   • If you choose a multi-payment option, you authorize Us to charge your provided payment method automatically at the agreed intervals until your balance is paid in full.
   • If a payment is declined, We may attempt to reprocess the payment and/or contact you for an updated payment method.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy:

   • You may cancel within two (2) calendar days after your purchase by sending a written cancellation request to [email protected].
   • After this period, no refunds will be issued, and you remain responsible for completing any remaining payments if you selected a payment plan.
   • Failure to access or complete the Course does not entitle you to a refund.

4. Access & Completion Timeframe:

   • You will have lifetime access to the Course content unless otherwise stated.
   • Any live coaching calls, bonus materials, or additional offerings included with your enrollment may have specific time limitations, which will be outlined upon purchase.

Section 2: Disclaimers & Liability Release

1. No Guarantee of Results:

   • You understand that your success in this Course depends on your effort, implementation, personal circumstances, and external factors beyond our control.
   • We make no guarantees of financial, career, health, or personal results. Testimonials shared are examples and do not guarantee similar outcomes.

2. Not Professional Advice:

   • The Course is for educational and informational purposes only and does not substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice.
   • You agree that any decisions you make based on the Course content are your responsibility and that We are not liable for your actions or results.

3. Limitation of Liability:

   • To the fullest extent allowed by law, Provider and its affiliates shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Course.
   • You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Provider from any claims, demands, or losses resulting from your participation.

Section 3: Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

1. Ownership of Content:

   • All Course materials, including videos, worksheets, PDFs, and any other content, are intellectual property of Provider and protected under copyright laws.
   • You are granted a single-user license for personal use only. You may not share, copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify Course content without written permission.

2. Prohibited Use:

   • You may not teach, resell, or use the Course materials to create derivative works, training programs, or any competing products.
   • Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

3. Confidentiality & Privacy:

   • You agree to keep any shared discussions, coaching calls, or community interactions confidential and respect the privacy of other participants.

Section 4: Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

1. Good Faith Resolution:

   • If a dispute arises, you agree to first attempt to resolve it by contacting [email protected].

2. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

   • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
   • Any disputes will be resolved in Camas, Washington, or if applicable, in Seattle, Washington federal court.
   • Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.

3. Severability:

   • If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining sections will continue to be enforceable.

1. Bonuses & Promotions:

   • Any bonuses included with your purchase are offered at our discretion and are subject to change.
   • If a bonus includes a free coaching call, event ticket, or physical product, it must be claimed within the timeframe specified upon purchase.
